Are your watches genuine?
All watches sold by Maison Watches include an official Watch Certificate™ which ensures every watch is authentic and in your name. This adds value to each watch and ensures it is authentic and certified.
How are your prices so low?
We purchase our watches in large quantities from Authorised Dealers and as an online business we operate with a low overhead cost, compared to your local high street shop.
What is included with the watch?
All watches include the original packaging (box, warranty card and tag), exactly as you would receive from the store. We also include your metal Watch Certificate™ card and paperwork, along with a Watch Certificate™ travel pouch and tote bag.
When will I get my order?
All our orders are dispatched within 12hrs and use DHL Express with next day delivery and tracking. Once your order and been booked you will receive the tracking number.
Can i return my watch?
Yes. We offer full money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your watch, simply contact us on info@maisonwatches.com and we will arrange the return and refund. Please note that we can only accept returns that are in the same condition as they were went sent. Once returned, we will inspect and refund the same day.
Does the watch have a warranty?
Yes. All our watches include the manufactures guarantee, this may vary but in most cases are at least 6 months to 1 year.
Can you source me a watch?
We carry several watches that are not on our website. This is due to how quickly they tend to sell, so please let us know if you are looking for a specific watch and in most cases, we can have it within 24hrs and beat any price you have been quoted.
